Dude... Seriously. H8 manatees. Home in Florida (land of JOY and humidity and sunstroke death) in our paper there is always a "Manny says" thing where this dork manatee says some quote or reminds you not to water your lawn during daylight hours. H8 him.
What I would really like is for someone to tell me why they had to remake the Poseidon Adventure. I only LOVE that movie and I am deeeeeply concerned about how this remake will go. So sad. Hope it is good. Hope the next PotC is good. Looks it. Cthuluesque Davey Jones. seems genius. anyways.
thinking about doing a crap comic book.... would anyone buy such a thing? i somehow think not. hahahaha
Ha ha - manatees bothered me as a kid. I always asked my mom why they were so wierd looking. But I'd also like to know why a remake of Poseidon Adventure is necessary. Nobody I know has seen the original, which sadens me. TTwTT
Seeing as i'm addicted to your comics and was just thinking about how great it would be to have them in booklet form. I would definately buy one. or two
I went swimming with manatees when I was a wee (ok not so wee) girlscout and the first time one came near me I freaked out and sucked in a large amount saltwater in my snorkle, not a fantastic experience.
You remember that episode of Father Ted when they watch The Poseidon Adventure because they believe it's a similar situation to the one that Dougal's in with the bomb on the milkfloat and Gene Hackman plays a priest in it, then when it's over they complain that he didn't even give a mass.
Um... Anyway, Yes, I also hope that PotC2 is good, for Bill Nighy squid-faced fun and the comic relief of Jonathan Pryce as Keira Knightley's senile father. He was supposed to be senile, right?
